中药木瓜薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘要: 目的:《中国药典》2015年版第一部木瓜薄层鉴别项下,使用的是木瓜对照药材和熊果酸对照品,结果实验中发现药典方法熊果酸和齐墩果酸的斑点是重叠的,故重新建立木瓜中齐墩果酸、熊果酸的薄层鉴别方法。方法:在薄层色谱展开前,用1%碘-二氯甲烷溶液对斑点进行预处理,再用环己烷-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸 (10∶3∶0.5)为展开剂展开。结果:能将木瓜中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸很好地分离。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于木瓜中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的薄层鉴别。

Abstract: Objective:To establish a new TLC method for identification of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Chaenomelis Fructus, which was used in the first part of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 edition) under TLC. Results: The spots of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in the Pharmacopoeia were overlapped, so the TLC method for identification of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Chaenomelis Fructus was re-established. Methods: The spots were pretreated with 1% iodine dissolved in dichloromethane solution before TLC development, and then expanded with Cyclohexane: Ethyl acetate:Glacial acetic acid (10∶3∶0.5). Results: Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Chaenomelis Fructus were separated well. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the TLC identification of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Chaenomelis Fructus.
