摘要: 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定东北苦菜中木犀草苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定木犀草苷,色谱柱为Sepax GP-phenyl C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);乙腈为流动相A,以0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱;流速:0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长:350 nm。结果:木犀草苷在58.6~2 344 ng的范围内,线性关系良好(r=1.000);平均回收率为98.3%(RSD=0.9%)。结论:本法简便、结果准确,重现性好,可用于该药材的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To establish High Performance Liquid Chromatography ( HPLC) method for determination of Luteolin-7-glucoside in Ixeris vesicolor DC. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of Luteolin-7-glucoside with Sepax GP-phenyl C18 (4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column. Acetylonitrile was mobile phase A,0.2% phosphoric acid solution was mobile phase B,gradient elution method. The detection wavelength was 350 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1. Results: The linear range of Luteolin-7-glucoside was 58.6~2 344 ng. The linear equations of Luteolin-7-glucoside was in good linear range (r=1.000). The average recovery of Luteolin-7-glucoside was 98.3% (RSD = 0. 9%). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to control the quality of Ixeris vesicolor DC.
