血畅宁组方正丁醇部位药效学实验研究

摘要: 目的:对血畅宁组方正丁醇部位进行化学成分分离并探讨其抗高血压作用。方法:采用大孔树脂对血畅宁组方正丁醇部位浸膏进行化学分离,得到总皂苷成分;再用离体兔主动脉模型对总皂苷成分进行抗高血压的药效实验。结果:与对照组比较,正丁醇部位总皂苷成分组主动脉最大等长张力值明显降低(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与组方原液组比较,其均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:血畅宁组方正丁醇部位总皂苷成分对离体主动脉有一定的扩张血管作用。

Abstract: Objective:To separate the n-butanol fractions in Xuechangning formula and to study the antihypertensive efficiency. Methods: Chemical separation of the squared n-butanol fractions of Xuechangning formula by macroporous resin to obtain saponins. To study antihypertensive efficiency of saponins by isolated aortic of rabbit model. Results: In the antihypertensive experiment,the group of saponins from n-butanol fractions had lower maximum isometric tension value of the aorta than the contrastive group(P<0.05). Compared with the formula group, there were statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The saponins from n-butanol fractions of“xue chang ning”formula had the effect of dilating blood vessels of the aorta.
