单个病例数据网状Meta分析研究现状

摘要: 目的:全面分析单个病例数据网状Meta分析(network meta-analysis of individual participant data,IPD-NMA)研究的现状,为我国学者开展IPD-NMA提供参考。方法:检索主要英文数据库获取IPD-NMA。使用Excel 2016提取和分析发表年代、期刊、研究疾病种类及干预措施等信息,并用VOSviewer 1.6.13软件对纳入研究的作者、国家和机构进行提取,生成相应可视化网络图。结果:最终纳入98篇研究,发文数量从2007年起呈波动增长趋势。98篇研究发表在62种期刊上,其中被SCI收录的期刊有53种,影响因子最高达35.386。共有552位作者参与撰写IPD-NMA研究,主要作者形成了5个合作团体,且各团体内部联系紧密。英国的作者参与撰写的文章数量最多(56篇),其次为美国(52篇)。发文量最多的机构是诺华制药公司(27篇),主要机构形成了8个合作团队,各团队内部之间联系较为紧密,但团队之间合作较少。研究数量位于前3位的主题分别是肿瘤,肌肉骨骼和结缔组织疾病,神经系统疾病。结论:高产的作者、机构和国家均较少,各团体内部之间倾向于合作,但团体之间联系稀疏,仍需进一步加强广泛的合作与交流。IPD-NMA研究在欧美发达国家发展较为成熟,但在我国具有较大发展潜力。

Abstract: Objective: To comprehensively analyze the status of the network meta-analysis of individual participant data (IPD-NMA), and provide references for future IPD-NMAs developed by Chinese scholars. Methods: The main English databases were retrieved to obtain IPD-NMAs. We used Excel 2016 to extract and analyze information such as publication years, journals, diseases, and interventions. VOSviewer 1.6.13 software was used to extract the authors, countries, and institutions, and created corresponding visual network plots. Results: 98 IPD-NMAs were finally included, and the number of publications showed a growth trend since 2007. 98 IPD-NMAs were published in 62 journals, of which 53 were indexed in SCI, with an impact factor of up to 35.386. A total of 552 authors participated in the publication of IPD-NMAs. The main authors formed 5 cooperative groups, and each group was closely linked. The British authors participated in the largest number of articles (56 papers), followed by the United States (52 papers). Novartis Pharmaceuticals (27 papers) had the largest number of publications. The main institutions formed 8 cooperative teams. There were closer connections within each team, but there were less collaborations between different teams. The top three topics were tumors, musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases, and disease of nervous system. Conclusion: There were few high-yielding authors, institutions, and countries. The cooperation among groups was closed, but the links between groups were sparse, and extensive cooperation and exchanges need to be further strengthened. Most IPD-NMAs came from the UK and the USA. China has great potential in the field of IPD-NMA.
