单个病例数据网状Meta分析研究主题与引用情况分析

Topic and Co-citation Analyses of Individual Participant Data Network Meta-Analysis

摘要: 目的: 对单个病例数据网状Meta分析(individual participant data network meta-analysis, IPD-NMA)进行计量学分析,以期了解目前IPD-NMA的主题和引用情况,从而为我国学者开展相关的研究提供借鉴和参考。方法: 通过检索Web of Science 获取IPD-NMA研究的相关信息。用VOSviewer 1.6.13软件对纳入研究的关键词、共被引作者、共被引期刊和共被引文献进行提取,并生成相应可视化网络图及对关键词进行聚类分析。结果: 共纳入IPD-NMA研究89 篇,主要共被引作者形成了3个合作团体,且各团体联系紧密。共有985个共被引期刊,共被引次数最多的期刊为Stat Med(271次),前20个共被引期刊中,10个来自美国,9个来自英国,1个来自新西兰。前10位期刊中,7个期刊的影响因子大于5.000,4个期刊的影响因子大于25.00。研究热点主题有5个,主要关注的是药物治疗肺癌、慢性粒细胞性白血病等疾病的疗效及不良反应的间接比较和系统评价及IPD-NMA数据分析过程中的方法学问题。共被引次数最高的文献是Bucher HC等于1997年发表在J Clin Epidemiol上的方法学文章,且前10位的共被引文献中,大多数是对间接比较方法及证据可信度评估的方法学文章。结论: 高共被引的作者、期刊均较少。各团体内部之间和团体之间合作均较紧密,但仍需进一步加强不同地区间的合作与交流。IPD-NMA研究主题较单一,可开拓更多的研究主题。方法学文章更容易被大量引用。

Abstract: Objective: To conduct a bibliometric analysis on the individual participant data network meta-analysis (IPD-NMA) to identify the topics and co-citations of IPD-NMA, and provide reference for Chinese scholars. Methods: The relevant information of IPD-NMA was obtained by searching Web of Science. VOSviewer 1.6.13 software was used to extract the keywords, co-cited authors, co-cited journals, co-cited references, and created corresponding visual network plots. Results: A total of 89 IPD-NMAs were included. The main co-cited authors formed 3 cooperative groups, and the groups were closely linked. There were 985 co-cited journals. The most co-cited journal was Stat Med (271 times). Of the top 20 co-journals, 10 were from the United States, 9 were from the United Kingdom, and 1 was from New Zealand. Of the top 10 co-journals, seven had an impact factor greater than 5.00, and four had an impact factor greater than 25.00. There were five hot research topics, which mainly focused on the indirect comparison of the efficacy and safety of drug treatment for lung cancer, chronic myelogenous leukemia and other diseases, and methodological issues in systematic reviews and IPD-NMA data analysis. The most co-cited literature was a methodological article published by Bucher HC in 1997 on J Clin Epidemiol. Of the top 10 co-cited references, most are methodological articles on indirect comparison methods and evidence credibility assessment. Conclusion: There were few highly co-cited authors and journals. Cooperation within and among groups was close, but cooperation and exchanges between different regions need to be further strengthened. IPD-NMA had fewer hot topics, and more research topics should be explored. Methodology articles are more frequently cited.
