ICP-MS测定门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液中多种元素迁移

Determination of Element Migration in Aspartate Ornithine Injection by ICP-MS

摘要: 目的: 建立中硼硅玻璃安瓿包装的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液中砷(As)、铬(Cr)、铅(Pb)、铝(Al)、钡(Ba)、锑(Sb)、镉(Cd)、铁(Fe)元素迁移的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定,射频功率1550 W,采样深度7.6 mm,积分时间0.3 s,等离子气体流量15.0 L·min-1,载气流量1.0 L·min-1,辅助气流量1.0 L·min-1,雾化室温度2 ℃,数据采集3次。结果:各元素在对应的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 0),各元素平均加样回收率为93.58%~111.00%,RSD为1.04%~3.56%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于门冬氨酸鸟氨酸注射液中多种元素迁移的检测。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for determining the migration of As, Cr, Pb, Al, Ba, Sb, Cd, and Fe in aspartic acid ornithine injections packaged in medium borosilicate glass ampoules. Method: After microwave digestion, the sample was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). RF power was 1550 W. Sampling depth was 7.6 mm. Integration time 0.3 s, plasma gas flow rate was 15.0 L·min-1. And carrier gas Flow rate 1.0 L·min-1, auxiliary gas flow rate 1.0 L·min-1, spray chamber temperature 2 ℃, data collection 3 times. Results: The linear relationship of each element was good in the corresponding concentration range (r>0.999 0). The average sample recovery was 93.58%-111.00%. And the RSD was 1.04%-3.56% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, And can be used to detect the migration of various elements in aspartate ornithine injection.
