中药材滑石粉及其伪品X射线衍射分析及物相鉴定

X-ray Diffraction Analysis and Phase Identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine Talc Powder and Counterfeit

摘要: 目的:建立滑石粉鉴别新方法。方法:采用粉末X射线衍射技术分析日常监督抽样检品,包括两批合格滑石粉、两批不合格品及一批伪品,并对此方法进行方法学考察。应用Origin 8.0软件处理所得图谱并利用X′PertHighScore Plus数字信号处理技术及PDF卡片库对样品XRD图谱进行寻峰处理及初步物相鉴定。结果:两批合格品XRD三强峰均与ICDD(国际衍射数据中心)提供的滑石最强特征标记峰相符;一批伪品XRD图谱与CaCO3XRD图谱相符;两批不合格品除了与滑石最强特征标记峰相符,其4号和5号特征峰分别与白云石和菱镁矿XRD图谱特征相符。方法学考察,精密度、稳定性和重现性RSD均小于2%。上述结果均与物相鉴定结果相符。结论:应用X射线衍射分析方法研究滑石粉组成,具有专属性,并且准确、快速、简便,重现性好,可用于滑石粉的质量控制及鉴别。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a new identification method of talcum powder. Methods: Analyzed two batches of qualified samples, two batches of disqualified samples and one batch of counterfeit by the powder X - ray diffraction and do methodological survey. Application of Origin8.0 data analysis software to process the obtained patterns.Peaksearchandphase identification by X′PertHighScore Plus and PDF card library on the sample XRD patterns. Results: The XRD patterns of the two batches of qualified samples were consistent with the threestrong peaks of talcum provided by ICDD (International Diffraction Data Center). The batch of counterfeit were consistent with CaCO3 XRD patterns. In addition to the threestrong peaks of talc,the peaks of NO. 4 and NO.5 are consistent with the characteristics of dolomite and magnesite XRD patternsof two batches of disqualified samples.Precision, stability and reproducibility of RSD were less than 2%by methodological survey. The above results are consistent with the results of phase identification. Conclusion: The application of X-ray diffraction analysis of talc powder composition is specificity, accurate, fast, simple and good reproducibility, it can be used for talc powder quality control and identification.
