碳青霉烯类耐药肠杆菌科细菌感染治疗的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肠杆菌科细菌为医院感染的主要病原菌，由于临床上对抗菌药物的不合理使用，使得碳青霉烯类耐药肠杆菌科（CRE）的检出率不断增加。通过从CRE耐药现状和现阶段治疗研究进展方面介绍，提高对CRE感染的重视和控制，以期为临床治疗CRE感染提供有效的抗菌药物及联合治疗方案。

Abstract: Enterobacteriaceae are the main pathogens of nosocomial infections. Due to the unreasonable clinical use of antibacterial drugs， the detection rate of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae (CRE) is increasing. By introducing the current status of CRE resistance and its treatment research progress at this stage， the attention and control of CRE infection will be improved， with a view to providing effective antibacterial drugs and combined treatment programs for clinical treatment of CRE infection.
