续断来源考证、化学成分及药理作用综述

Textual Research of Source, Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Action of RadixDipsaci: A Review

摘要: 目的:对续断的来源考证、化学成分和药理作用进行综述,回顾续断确定来源的发展历程,并通过化学成分和药理作用的总结,为续断的考证、进一步研究及应用提供参考。方法: 以“续断”、“川续断”、“考证”、“化学成分”、“药理作用”等作为关键词,在中国知网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方医学网、Pubmed、维普网等数据库进行检索,整理相关文献并进行综述。结果与结论:目前,续断现行版药典来源是川续断科植物川续断Dipsacus asper Wall. Ex Henry的干燥根。川续断化学成分包含三萜皂苷类、环烯醚萜类、生物碱类、酚醛酸类及其他成分,具有预防复发性自然流产、骨保护、神经保护、肝脏保护、抗衰老等药理作用。

Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to review the textual research of source, chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of RadixDipsaci, which offers references for further research and application. Methods: Using "RadixDipsaci", "SichuanRadixDipsaci", "Textual Research of Source", "chemical constituents", "pharmacological action" as keywords, the related literatures in recent years were retrieved from CNKI, wanfang.com and vip.com. Results & Conclusion: The specified source of Radix Dipsaci of Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China is Dipsacus asper Wall. Ex Henry. Triterpenoids, Iridoids, akaloids, Phenolic acids are the key chemical constituents and preventing spontaneous abortion, bones protection, nerves protection, liver protection and anti-aging are the main pharmacological action.
