Abstract: With the more extensive use of contrast agents in Spiral CT， the adverse reactions caused by contrast agents have attracted more and more attention. The clinical data of one case of partial memory loss caused by the contrast agent Iopamidol are reviewed， the mechanism and treatment strategy of partial memory loss caused by Iopamidol were discussed in combination with the literature.
