国内外药物警戒制度的比较研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 药物警戒是药品安全监管的重要组成内容，涵盖药品整个生命周期全方位的安全监管，全面保障用药安全性。药物警戒体系的建立是我国当前药品安全性监测的必然选择，也是提升药品安全性监测水平的迫切需要。通过从组织机构设置和管理机制等方面分析欧盟、美国药物警戒制度的现状，采用文献阅读、资料查询的方法对比分析我国药物警戒制度的现状，为我国药物警戒制度建设提供参考。

Abstract: Pharmacoviligance is an important component of drug safety supervision. It covers the whole life cycle of drug safety supervision， which can fully guarantee drug safety. The establishment of pharmacoviligance system is an inevitable choice for drug safety monitoring in China at present， and it is also an urgent need to improve the level of drug safety monitoring. This paper analyzes the current situation of the pharmacovigilance system in the European Union and the United States from the aspects of organization and management mechanism. Through the method of literature reading and data inquiry， the present situation and deficiency of pharmacovigilance system in China are analyzed， which provides a reference for the construction of the pharmacovigilance system in China.
