摘要: 目的:建立超高效液相色谱方法,用于分析阿莫西林克拉维酸钾制剂中的有关物质。方法:采用超高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm);流动相A为0.01 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用2 mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至6.0),流动相B为乙腈;进行梯度洗脱;检测波长230 nm;流速为0.5 mL·min-1。结果:建立了用于分析阿莫西林克拉维酸钾制剂杂质的超高效液相色谱法,此方法的精密度、线性以及准确度均较好,线性范围为0.000 5~2 mg·mL-1,相对标准偏差为0.7%。结论:该方法分析时间短,可对样品中全部杂质进行有效控制,适用于大批量样品中杂质的检测。

Abstract: Objective: An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the analysis of related substances in Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium preparation. Methods: The analytical column was ACQUITY UPLC BEH-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm). The mobile phase A was 0.01 mol·L-1 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjusted pH to 6.0 with 2 mol·L-1 sodium hydroxide solution), mobile phase B was Acetonitrile; gradient elution; the detected wavelength was 270 nm. The flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. Results: An ultra-high performance liquid chromatography was established for the analysis of impurities in amoxicillin clavulanate potassium preparation. The precision, linearity and accuracy of this method were good, the linear range was 0.000 5-2 mg·mL-1, and the relative standard deviation was 0.7%. Conclusion: The method had a short analysis time and could effectively control all impurities in the sample. It was suitable for the detection of impurities in large quantities of samples.
