复方三嗪芦丁片有关物质研究

Study on Related Substances in the Compound Trizin and Rutinum Tablet

摘要: 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方三嗪芦丁片中有关物质的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定有关物质,色谱柱为Waters XTERRA C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,3.5 μm);流动相A:0.5%的甲酸水溶液,流动相B:甲醇;梯度洗脱;检测波长为275 nm与254 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;进样量为20 μL。结果:各已知杂质线性关系良好,精密度良好,供试品溶液需临用新制。结论:该方法可用于复方三嗪芦丁片中氢氯噻嗪、盐酸异丙嗪、芦丁等3种组分的有关物质测定,为复方制剂有关物质方法建立提供参考依据。

Abstract: Objective: To establish HPLC method for determination of related substances in the compound Trizin and Rutinum tablet. Methods: HPLC was used to determine related substances with waters XTERRA C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,3.5 μm). The mobile phase was 0.5% of formic acid and methanol with gradient elution. The detection wavelengths were 274 nm and 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results: The linear correlation of all the known impurities was good, the method was precise and accurate. The sample solution should be newly prepared before detection. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine related substances of hydrochlorothiazide, promethazine and rutin in the compound Trizin and Rutinum tablet, and provide reference for the establishment of related substances method of compound preparation.
