Abstract: Objective： To investigate the use of Tanreqing injection in hospitalized patients and provide references for the rational use of Tanreqing injection in clinical practice. Methods： A retrospective research method was used to collect 163 medical records of patients treated by Tanreqing injection from October to December 2019 in a tertiary hospital， and analyze the age， gender， clinical diagnosis， single dosage， frequency of administration， and course of treatment， drug solvent selection， the number of combined antibacterial drugs and other information of patients. Results： The single dosage and frequency of administration of Tanreqing injection complied with the requirements of the drug instructions. The compliance rate of solvent selection was 96.64%， and the compliance rate of indications was 77.91%， and the compliance rate of the course of treatment was 69.1%. There were 5 cases with contraindications were treated with Tanreqing injection and 45 patients were treated with Tanreqing injection combined with more than two kinds of antibacterial drugs. An adverse reaction occurred in 1 case， with an incidence of 0.61%. Conclusion： There are certain unreasonable phenomena in the clinical use of Tanreqing injection. It is recommended to use it strictly in accordance with the drug instructions to avoid over-indications and over-use administration to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
