离子色谱电导法测定头孢噻肟钠中钠离子含量

Determination of Sodium Ion in Cefotaxime Sodium by Ion Chromatography

摘要: 目的:建立离子色谱法测定头孢噻肟钠溶液中钠离子的含量。方法:采用离子色谱法,DionexIonPacTM CS12A(4×250 mm,5 μm)阳离子交换色谱柱,以甲基磺酸为淋洗液,流速为1 mL·min-1,柱温为30 ℃,电导检测器检测,测定头孢噻肟钠中钠离子的含量。结果:该方法在0.05~50 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性良好,(r2=0.999 8);检测限为0.001 μg·mL-1,定量限为0.005 μg·mL-1;平均加样回收率为分别为98.6%,RSD为2.5%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、简单、灵敏,可用于测定头孢噻肟钠中钠离子含量的测定。

Abstract: The method for content determination of sodium ion in cefotaxime sodium by ion chromatography was developed.Analysis was performed on a DionexIonPacTM CS12A column (250 mm×4 mm, 5 μm). The elutriant was methyl sulfonic acid solution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was set at 30 ℃.Inhibitory electrical conductivity detector was used. The results showed that a good separation was accepted between sodium ion and other conventional anions. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.05~50 μg·mL-1 (r2=0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.6% (n=9, RSD=2.5%) .This method was accurate, sensitive, specific and was suitable for the determination of sodium ion content in cefotaxime sodium.
