Abstract: Objective： The clinical effect of Mosapride and compound digestive enzyme in treatment of functional dyspepsia was studied.Methods： 120 functional dyspepsia patients treated in department of internal medicine in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into treatment group and control group stochastically， with 60 cases in each group; The control group were treated with Mosapride， and treatment group were treated with Mosapride combined with compound digestive enzyme. The clinical effect， quality of life， adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate between the two groups were compared.Results： After treatment， the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.67%， higher than 81.67% of control group， P<0.05. The FDDQL score of treatment group was higher than control group， P<0.05. The incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 1.67%， lower than 8.33% of control group， P>0.05. The recurrence rate in treatment group was 3.33%， lower than 11.67% of control group， P>0.05. Conclusion： The treatment of mosabil and compound digestive enzyme for patients with functional dyspepsia is exactly effective， improve life quality of patients， reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients， has a high safety， and can provide reference for clinical medication.
