基于Web of Science动态系统评价的引文分析

摘要: 目的:对动态系统评价(living systematic reviews, LSR)的引文进行文献计量学分析,对LSR的发展历程、现状、热点进行客观评价并预测其发展,为相关学者开展研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:基于Web of Science核心合集数据库,用 VOSviewer 1.6.15和CiteSpace 5.7.R2软件对LSR引文的作者、期刊、被引频次进行分析、处理,生成相应的可视化网络知识图谱、突发检测图、期刊双叠图。结果:LSR引文共6 281篇,4 607名作者参与了引文的发表,其中共现频次最高的被引作者是团体组织WHO(89次),其次分别是莫纳什大学的Elliott JH(63次)和布里斯托大学的Higgins J(54次)。引文共刊载在2 161种期刊上,前3位期刊分别是J Nutr Educ Behav(453篇,20.96%)、J Acad Nutr Diet(234篇,10.83%)和J Clin Epidemiol(205篇,9.49%)。引文期刊聚为4类:皮肤病类,专科疾病类,卫生保健与营养类以及肿瘤、血液病类。6 281篇引文分为5个主题:LSR方法学研究;LSR相关工具、软件的提出和更新;专科疾病相关的LSR的更新;以LSR形式更新的COVID-19相关研究以及LSR更新时机和更新方式的探讨。结论:LSR被引频次较高的引文主要是LSR方法学相关的文章;LSR引文作者之间的合作主要集中于欧美发达国家;刊载LSR引文的期刊量多,且多为高质量期刊,但目前并没有以LSR为主题的期刊。LSR研究在国内处于起步阶段,从方法学到临床实际运用都具有很大的发展空间。

Abstract: Objective:Analyses the Living Systematic Reviews (LSR) research citations included in the Web of Science (WOS) core collection database. The aim objectively evaluate the development process, study status, hot spots of LSR and predict its development, in order to provide reference for relevant scholars to carry out research. Methods:VOSviewer 1.6.15 and CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software were used to analyze the authors, journals and citation frequency of the included citations, and generate corresponding visual network knowledge map, outbreak detection map and journal double-stack diagram. Results: A total of 6 281 literatures were cited, and 4 607 authors participated in the publication of citations. Among them, the author with the highest co-occurrence frequency was WHO (89 times), followed by Elliott JH of Monash University (63 times) and Higgins JPT of University of Bristol (54 times).The citations came from 2 161 journals, the top 3 of which are J Nutr Educ Behav (453 times, 20.96%), J Acad Nutr Diet (234 times, 10.83%) and J Clin Epidemiol (205 times, 9.49%). The citation journals are grouped into 4 categories: dermatology, specialty diseases, health care and nutrition, and oncology and hematology. The 6 281 citations can be roughly divided into 5 topics: LSR methodological research; LSR related tools, software and update; Updating of LSR related to specialized diseases; Research on COVID-19 updated in the form of LSR and discussion on the timing and method of updating LSR. Conclusion: The most frequently cited citations of LSR are mainly articles related to LSR methodology; the cooperation between LSR citation authors is mainly concentrated in developed countries in Europe and America; the number of journals that publish LSR citations is large, and most of them are high-quality journals, but currently there is no Journals with the theme of LSR. LSR research is in its infancy in China, and there is a lot of potential development space from methodology to clinical application.
