玄参“发汗”前后化学成分与药理作用比较

Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects Change before and after Sweating Processing of Radix Scrophulariae

摘要: 目的:分析玄参“发汗”前后的化学成分、药理作用和“发汗”工艺,为玄参的加工、临床应用和进一步研究提供参考。方法:以“玄参”、“炮制”、“发汗”、“化学成分”、“药理作用”等作为关键词,搜索各大数据库的相关文献,查阅相关专业书籍,系统整理并进行综述。结果和结论:经“发汗”后,玄参的化学成分中,环烯醚萜类总量下降,其中的哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷变化不大,类叶升麻苷、安格洛苷C和毛蕊花糖苷含量明显上升,多糖类与DNA含量下降。在药理作用中,抗炎和镇痛作用明显增强,免疫作用轻度增强。在“发汗”工艺上,以完整主根为原料,经过35 ℃烘箱干燥的处理手段,发汗3 d的方式,核苷类成分含量最高;微波真空干燥下,干燥温度60 ℃,干燥3.5 h条件下,得到的哈巴苷和哈巴俄苷含量最多。

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents, pharmacological effects and "sweating" technology of Radix Scrophulariae before and after "sweating", so as to provide reference for the processing, clinical application and further research of Radix Scrophulariae. Methods:With"Radix Scrophulariae", "processing", "sweating", "chemical composition" and "pharmacological action" as key words, the relevant literature of each knowledge platform was searched, the relevant research books were consulted, all the data was systematically sorted out and summarized. Results & Conclusion: After "sweating", the total content of iridoids in the chemical components of Radix Scrophulariae decreased, and the contents of habaside and habasiosidechange little. The contents of cimicifugin, angloride C and Mullein glycoside increased significantly, while the contents of polysaccharides and DNA decreased. In terms of pharmacological effects, the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects were significantly enhanced, and the immune effect was slightly enhanced. In the "sweating" process, the complete taproot was used as raw material and dried in the oven at 35 °C . The content of nucleosides was the highest in the way of sweating for 3 days; Under the condition of microwave vacuum drying, drying temperature 60 °C and drying time 3.5 h, the contents of harpagoside and harpagoside were the highest.
