缬沙坦对维持性血液透析患者保护作用的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 尿毒症严重危害人类身体健康，血液透析是维持尿毒症患者长期生存的一种方式。缬沙坦（Valsartan）为血管紧张素II受体1型（angiotensin II type 1 receptor，AT1R）的特异性拮抗剂，具有控制维持性血液透析患者的血压、改善患者心功能、保护残余肾功能以及改善微炎症状态等作用，在临床上广泛应用于维持性血液透析患者。本文就缬沙坦对维持性血液透析患者的保护作用作一综述。

Abstract: Uremia seriously endangers human health. Hemodialysis is a way to maintain the long-term survival of uremic patients. Valsartan is a specific antagonist of angiotensin II receptor type 1 (angiotensin II type 1 receptor，AT1R). It has the effects of controlling blood pressure, improving cardiac function, protecting residual renal function and improving micro inflammation in maintenance hemodialysis patients. It is widely used in maintenance hemodialysis patients. This paper reviews the protective effect of valsartan on maintenance hemodialysis patients.
