摘要: 目的:通过Excel软件计算非房室模型药动学参数并进行生物等效性分析。方法:根据药动学参数意义,利用一系列函数公式在Excel软件完成药动学参数、90%置信区间和个体内变异计算并进行多因素方差分析。将结果与Phoenix WinNolin软件的计算结果进行对比。结果:使用Excel软件进行非房室模型的药动学参数计算和生物等效性分析,结果与Phoenix WinNolin软件的计算结果一致。结论:可以通过Excel软件实现非房室模型药动学参数的计算和生物等效性分析,且结果准确。

Abstract: Objective:To calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters of non-atrioventricular model by Excel software and analyze the bioequivalence. Methods:To master the significance of pharmacokinetic parameters, and to complete the calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters, 90% confidence interval and within-individual variation by using a series of functional formulas in Excel software, and to carry out multivariate analysis of variance. The results are compared with those calculated by Phoenix WinNolin software. Results:The pharmacokinetic parameters and bioequivalence of non-atrioventricular model were calculated by Excel software, and the results were consistent with those calculated by Phoenix WinNolin software. Conclusion:The calculation of pharmacokinetic parameters and bioequivalence analysis of non-atrioventricular model can be realized by Excel statistical software, and the results are accurate.
