桑叶采摘期考证及经霜前后化学成分、 药理作用变化综述

Reviewed on Mulberry Leafpicking Period and the Changes of Chemical Components and Pharmacological Effects before and after Frosting

摘要: 通过整理历代本草古书和现代文献,综合分析桑叶打霜前后质量的变化,为研究药用桑叶提供参考。以“桑叶”,“霜桑叶”,“冬桑叶”,“化学成分”,“药理作用”等作为关键词,检索中国知网,万方数据,维普网等数据库;并在历代本草著作中搜寻桑叶的相关资料,收集归纳、系统整理并进行综述。经考证发现,明清以后,桑叶采摘期多记载为经霜之后,秋冬更佳。桑叶经霜后其化学成分黄酮及黄酮类、绿原酸、多酚、多糖、氨基酸等含量升高,可增强抑制α-糖苷酶活性,降血压及降血脂,具有抗菌、抗病毒、清肺润燥、祛痰止咳、治疗尘肺病的功效。

Abstract: Through sorting out the ancient books and modern documents of Materia Medica in previous dynasties, this paper comprehensively analyzes the quality changes of mulberry leaves before and after frosting, so as to provide reference for the study of medicinal mulberry leaves.Taking "mulberry leaf", "frost mulberry leaf", "winter mulberry leaf", "chemical composition", "pharmacological action" as key words, databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP were searched. Search for the relevant materials of mulberry leaves in the ancient herbal works, collect, summarize, systematically sort out and summarize them.After textual research, after the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the mulberry leaf picking period was mostly recorded as after frost, especially in autumn and winter. The contents of chemical components,flavonoids,chlorogenic acid,polyphenols, polysaccharides and amino acids of mulberry leaves after frost increase, which can enhance the inhibition α-Glycosidase activity, lowering blood pressure and blood lipids, antibacterial, antiviral, and the effects of clearing lung and moistening dryness, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough, and treating pneumoconiosis.
