大理地区两种迷迭香出油率及精油活性比较

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：对大理地区两种迷迭香精油的出油率以及精油活性进行初步比较。方法：通过水中蒸馏法提取两种迷迭香的精油并计算出油率；用抑菌圈法测定其抑菌性；用DPPH法测定其抗氧化性。结果：匍匐迷迭香精油出油率为0.387%，直立迷迭香出油率为0.703%，两种迷迭香的出油率对比差异具有统计学意义（P=0.028＜0.05）；抗菌实验表明两种迷迭香精油对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抗菌作用，但两种迷迭香精油差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05）；两种迷迭香精油对DPPH自由基均有较强的清除率，但两种迷迭香精油在抗氧化性对比差异不具有统计学意义（P=0.728>0.05）。结论：直立迷迭香的出油率优于匍匐迷迭香，但两种迷迭香精油活性无明显差别。

Abstract: Objective：The oil yield and activity of two kinds of rosemary essential oils from Dali were compared. Methods： The essential oils of two kinds of rosemary were extracted by water distillation and the oil rate was calculated； The bacteriostatic activity was determined by bacteriostatic circle method. The antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH method.Results： The oil yield of creeping rosemary was 0.387% and that of erect rosemary was 0.703%. There was significant difference between the two kinds of rosemary (P=0.028＜0.05). Antibacterial experiments showed that the two rosemary essential oils had antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus， but the difference between the two rosemary essential oils was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The two kinds of rosemary essential oils had a strong scavenging rate for DPPH free radicals， but there was no significant difference in antioxidant activity between the two kinds of rosemary essential oils (P=0.728>0.05).Conclusion： The oil yield of erect rosemary was better than that of creeping rosemary， but there was no significant difference between the two essential oils.
