重组人表皮生长因子联合普拉洛芬对眼科手术后干眼症的改善作用研究

摘要： 目的：探究重组人表皮生长因子联合普拉洛芬对眼科手术后干眼症的改善作用。方法：将某院行眼科手术后发生干眼症患者106例（106眼）随机分为对照组（53例，53眼）和观察组（53例，53眼）。其中对照组患者给予普拉洛芬治疗，观察组患者给予普拉洛芬联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗。比较2组患者泪液炎症因子[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）]，泪膜破裂时间（BUT）、基础泪腺分泌试验I（SIT）、荧光染色评分（FL评分），氧化应激水平[超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、脂质过氧化物（LPO）、丙二醛]，临床疗效。结果：与治疗前比较，2组治疗后泪液IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、丙二醇水平、FL评分均明显降低（P<0.05），且与对照组比较，观察组明显降低（P<0.05）；与治疗前比较，2组治疗后BUT、SIT、泪液SOD、LPO水平均明显升高（P<0.05），且与对照组比较，观察组明显升高（P<0.05）；与对照组总有效率73.58%比较，观察组94.34%明显升高（P<0.05）。结论：重组人表皮生长因子联合普拉洛芬治疗眼科手术后干眼症患者可有效减轻炎症反应及氧化应激反应，改善临床症状，效果较好。

Abstract: Objective：To explore the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with praprofen on dry eye after ophthalmic surgery. Methods：A total of 106 patients(106 eyes) with dry eye after ophthalmic surgery treated in Zhengzhou Boai eye， ear and throat hospital were randomly divided into control group(53 cases，53 eyes) and combined group(53 cases，53 eyes). Among them， patients in the control group were treated with praprofen， and patients in the combined group were treated with praprofen combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor. The tear inflammatory factors [interleukin-6(IL-6)， interleukin-8(IL-8)， tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)]， break-up time(BUT)， Schirmer I test(SIT)， fluorescent staining score(FL score)， oxidative stress levels [superoxide dismutase(SOD)， lipid peroxide(LPO)， malondialdehyde] and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with those before treatment， the levels of IL-6， IL-8， TNF-α， propylene glycol， and FL score in tears of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05)， and compared with the control group， the combination group were significantly lower(P<0.05)； compared with before treatment， the BUT， SIT， levels of tear SOD and LPO in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05)， and compared with the control group， the combination group were significantly higher(P<0.05)； compared with the total effective rate of 73.58% in the control group， 94.34% in the combination group was significantly higher(P<0.05). Conclusion：Recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with praprofen can effectively reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in patients with dry eye after ophthalmic surgery， improve clinical symptoms， and the effect is good.
