摘要: 他克莫司(Tacrolimus,TAC)作为临床上用于器官移植术后抗免疫排斥治疗的一线用药,由于其存在治疗窗窄,血药浓度个体差异大等特点往往给移植患者的器官存活造成很大的影响。药物基因多态性已被证实为导致他克莫司个体间药物代谢动力学特征差异性的主要原因之一,因此本文通过对影响肾移植患者体内他克莫司代谢的相关基因多态性的研究进展进行综述,以为促进TAC在肾移植患者中的临床个体化应用提供参考。

Abstract: Tacrolimus(TAC) is clinically used as a first-line drug for the treatment of anti-immune rejection after organ transplantation. Due to its narrow therapeutic window and large individual differences in blood drug concentration, it often affects the organ survival of transplant patients. great impact. Pharmacogenetic polymorphisms have been confirmed to be one of the main reasons for the differences in the pharmacokinetic characteristics of tacrolimus among individuals. Therefore, this paper analyzes the related single nucleotide polymorphism affecting the metabolism of TAC in kidney transplant patients. The research progress is reviewed to provide some references to promote the individualized clinical administration of tacrolimus in kidney transplant patients.
