液质联用非定向筛查技术在中药质量控制中的研究进展

摘要: 对近年来中药质量控制中基于液质联用的非定向筛查技术研究进展进行总结并提出相应建议,为中药的质量控制及其监管提供参考。查阅国内外相关文献进行归纳分析,对采用液质联用技术的中药非定向筛查进展进行综述。基于液质联用的中药非定向筛查对解决农药多残留、非法添加和阐明活性成分具有较大优势,结合质谱数据库或质谱裂解规律能够对在缺少对照品的情况下阐明未知成分。基于液质联用的中药非定向筛查具有很好的发展前景,应进一步深入研究为中药质量监管提供技术支持。

Abstract: To summarize the research progress of non-targeted screening technology based on LC-MS in traditional Chinese medicine inspection and detection in recent years and put forward corresponding suggestions, so as to provide reference for the quality control and supervision of traditional Chinese medicine. By consulting the relevant literature at home and abroad, the progress of non-targeted screening of traditional Chinese medicine by LC-MS was reviewed. The non-targeted screening of traditional Chinese medicine based on LC-MS has great advantages in solving the problem of multiple pesticide residues, illegal addition and elucidation of active ingredients. Combined with the mass spectrometry database or the fragmentation law of mass spectrometry, unknown components can be elucidated in the absence of reference materials.The non-targeted screening of traditional Chinese medicine based on LC-MS has a good development prospect, and further research should be carried out to provide technical support for the quality supervision of traditional Chinese medicine.
