摘要/Abstract

摘要： 阐述我国儿童用药现状及存在的问题，分别从儿童用药生产企业、医院、社会保障和药品监管多角度分析其对儿童用药可及性的影响。我国儿童用药可及性问题不容忽视，应结合我国国情并借鉴国际相对成熟的政策制度，提高我国儿童用药的可及性。可通过制定儿童用药研发奖励机制、加强专业儿科医护人才培养、规范儿童用药说明书信息和完善儿童医保制度等措施完善我国儿童用药保障体系。

Abstract: To discusses the current situation and existing problems of children′s drug use in China， and analyzes its influence drug accessibility from the perspective of manufacturers， hospitals， social security. The issue of access to pediatric drug in China can′t be ignored， and we should study foreign laws and medical systems to improve the accessibility of pediatric drug on the basis of China′s national conditions.We can improve the accessibility of pediatric drug by formulating a reward mechanism for pediatric drug research and development， strengthening the training of professional pediatric medical personnel， standardizing pediatric drug instruction manual information and improving pediatric drug insurance system.
