硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的快速卫生技术评估

摘要: 目的:采用快速卫生技术评估评价硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性、安全性和经济性。方法:系统检索 PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,SinoMed,万方数据库及维普数据库,由2名研究员检索、筛选文献,提取相关数据,评价文献质量并进行文献分析。结果:共纳入系统评价/Meta分析22篇,经济学研究4篇。硫辛酸(≤600 mg·d-1)单用或联合其他常规治疗药物能够改善糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效、神经传导速度、神经系统评分,未见不良反应增加。硫辛酸与依帕司他联用具有较低的成本-效果比。结论:硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有良好的有效性、安全性,且与其他常规药物合用有效性更好。硫辛酸与依帕司他联用具有更好的经济性。

Abstract: Objective:Evaluate the efficacy, safety and economy of thioctic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by rapid health technology assessment.Methods:PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, SinoMed, Wanfang and VIP database were searched systematically. Two researchers screened the literature, extracted relevant data, evaluated the quality and analyzed the literature.Results: A total of 22 systematic reviews/Meta analyses and 4 economic studies were included. Thioctic acid(≤600 mg·d-1) alone or in combination with other conventional treatment drugs can improve the clinical efficacy, nerve conduction velocity and nervous system score of diabetic peripheral neuropathy without increasing the adverse reaction rate.The combination of thioctic acid and epalrestat has a lower cost-effectiveness ratio.Conclusion: Thioctic acid is effective and safe in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and it is more effective when combined with other conventional drugs. The combination of thioctic acid and epalrestat has better economic advantages.
