Abstract: Objective：The pharmacokinetic parameters of different atrioventricular models and different routes of administration were calculated by Excel residue method， and the results were compared with those calculated by different statistical software. Methods：Excel residue method was used to calculate the PK parameters of one-compartment intravenous injection， extravascular drug administration and two-compartment intravenous injection and extravascular drug administration， and the results were compared with those calculated by Phoenix WinNonlin， PK solver and GastroPlus statistical software. Results：Calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters of one-compartment intravenous administration， extravascular administration， two-compartment intravenous administration and extravascular administration. There is no significant difference between the results calculated by Excel residue method and other three statistical software，and four evaluation methods have high accuracy and consistency.Conclusion：The residue method can accurately calculate the PK parameters of atrioventricular model drugs， which is consistent with the results calculated by Phoenix WinNonlin， PK solver and GastroPlus statistical software.
