三七总皂苷在阿尔兹海默症治疗中的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 三七总皂苷（Panax Notoginseng Saponins， PNS）是五加科人参属植物三七干燥根的有效成分，临床上多用于心脑血管疾病的治疗。阿尔兹海默症影响着全球4 000万患者的健康，随着老龄化人口的加剧，WHO把阿尔兹海默症作为全球公共卫生优先事项。阿尔兹海默症以神经功能障碍和神经元死亡为特征，发病机制未明确，因此，寻找能够预防和延缓该病发生发展的药物至关重要。中药三七和其有效成分PNS具有多种药理学活性，如：抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗神经毒性等，近年来，越来越多的研究从PNS对神经元保护作用角度出发，来探究其潜在的抗神经毒性的机制。故本文对PNS在阿尔兹海默症中的治疗机制及药理活性等进行综述，为今后PNS在阿尔兹海默症的临床治疗提供参考。

Abstract: Panax notoginseng saponins(PNS)， also called “sanqi” in Chinese， are the main active ingredients which are extracted from the root of Panax notoginseng(Burk.) F. H. Chen. It is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.The aging of the world′s population has brought about an increase in the number of 30 million AD patients，WHO believes that AD should be considered a global public health priority.Alzheimer′s disease is characterized by neurological dysfunction and neuronal death， and its pathogenesis is not clear. Therefore， it is crucial to find drugs that can prevent the development of AD.The traditional Chinese medicine PNS have a variety of pharmacological activities， such as anti-inflammatory， anti-tumor， anti-neurotoxicity and so on. In recent years， many studies have explored the potential anti-neurotoxicity mechanism of PNS. Therefore， we reviews the therapeutic mechanism and pharmacological activity of PNS in Alzheimer′s disease， in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of PNS in Alzheimer′s disease in the future.
