耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌耐药机制及治疗策略的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 耐碳青霉烯肺炎克雷伯菌（carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae，CRKP）感染的高发病率和耐药导致的高死亡率是全球所面临的一个重大问题。CRKP耐药形式严峻，导致临床出现可选抗菌药物种类有限、患者住院时间延长及医疗费用剧增等问题，本研究就CRKP的流行病学、耐药机制以及临床治疗等方面进行综述。

Abstract: The high incidence of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) infection and the high mortality due to drug resistance are a major problem in the world. The form of drug resistance of CRKP is severe， which leads to the problems such as limited types of antibiotics available in clinic， prolonged hospital stay of patients and soaring medical costs. Therefore， this paper reviews the epidemiology， drug resistance mechanism and treatment of CRKP.
