服药依从性预测模型临床应用研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 患者服药依从性直接影响疾病治疗效果，早期预测患者服药依从性现状并找出重要的影响因素，将有助于临床采取有针对性的干预措施，从而提高患者服药的依从性，改善预后。本文对临床应用中使用的服药依从性预测模型问题进行综述，以期为开展特定疾病的服药依从性预测模型研究提供参考。

Abstract: Patients’ medication compliance directly affects the therapeutic effect of disease. Early prediction of patients’ medication compliance status and identification of important influencing factors will help clinical take targeted interventions， thereby improving patients’ medication compliance and improving prognosis. This article reviews the problems of medication adherence prediction models used in clinical practice， in order to provide reference for the study of medication adherence prediction models for specific diseases.
