Abstract: After the implementation of DRG， the participation rate and proportion of traditional Chinese medicine have increased， the quality and efficiency of medical services have been improved， and medical expenses have been reduced. However， there are also differences in diagnosis， coding， and other aspects between Chinese and Western medicine during the implementation process. This article mainly studies the implementation status of DRG， it is recommended to provide sufficient training on the purpose and methods of its implementation， so that the majority of traditional Chinese medicine workers can fully grasp the knowledge related to DRG. At the same time， it is necessary to develop grouping and coding methods that are in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diseases. There should be certain compensation policies and methods for potential losses， so that traditional Chinese medicine can better leverage its advantages and characteristics.
