不同产地大枣化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘要: 对不同产地大枣化学成分及其药理作用进行文献综述,为大枣的综合运用和深入研究开发提供参考依据。以“大枣”“产地”“化学成分”“药理作用”等作为关键词,于万方网、维普网、中国知网、Pubmed等数据库检索近年相关文献,进行收集、整理。结果发现,不同产地大枣化学成分含量具有显著差异,新疆大枣大部分化学成分含量明显优于其他产地。大枣具有补血抗凝、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗炎抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗抑郁焦虑、抗高压、保护神经、皮肤修复等多种药理作用。仅有少量研究对不同产地大枣抗氧化和抗疲劳药理作用进行比较,未来需进一步完善对大枣化学成分及不同产地大枣药理作用的研究,为大枣的综合运用和研究开发提供更加准确和深入的参考依据。

Abstract: Literature review of the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of jujube from different origins, providing a reference basis for the comprehensive application and indepth research and development of jujube.Using “jujube”, “origin”, “chemical composition” and “pharmacological effect” as keywords, the literature was collected and organised in Wanfang.com, Wipu.com, China Knowledge Network and Pubmed.com databases, Wanfang.com, Wipu.com, China Knowledge Network, Pubmed and other databases to search for relevant literature in recent years, and then collect and organisethem.Different origins of jujube chemical composition content has significant differences, Xinjiang jujube most of the chemical composition content is significantly better than other origins. Jujube has a variety of pharmacological effects such as blood tonic and anticoagulant, antioxidant, antifatigue, antiinflammatory and antibacterial, antitumour, antiaging, antidepressant and antianxiety, antihypertension, neuroprotection, and skin repair. There are only a few studies comparing the antioxidant and antifatigue pharmacological effects of jujube from different origins, and in the future, it is necessary to further improve the research on the chemical composition of jujube and the pharmacological effects of jujube from different origins, so as to further provide a more accurate and indepth reference for the comprehensive use of jujube and research and development.
