环硅酸锆钠治疗血液透析伴高钾血症的临床研究进展

摘要: 环硅酸锆钠是一种不被人体吸收,与K+结合进行阳离子交换的无机晶体化合物,主要作用部位在胃肠道内,高钾血症患者口服该药后1 h内即出现降钾活性。研究显示在血液透析伴高钾血症患者中,环硅酸锆钠均可安全、有效地降低患者血钾。但环硅酸锆钠作为治疗高钾血症的新型离子交换树脂,上市时间短,疗效和安全性尚未得到广泛验证。本文旨在对环硅酸锆钠在血液透析伴高钾血症患者中应用的研究进行归纳和总结,以期为临床用药提供参考。

Abstract: Sodium zirconium cyclosilicate is an inorganic crystalline compound that can not be absorbed by the human body and is bound with K+ for cation exchange. Its main action site is in the gastrointestinal tract. Hypokalemia activity was observed within 1 h after oral administration in patients with hyperkalemia. Studies have shown that sodium zirconium cyclosilicate can safely and effectively reduce serum potassium in hemodialysis patients with hyperkalemia. However, SZC, as a new ion exchange resin for the treatment of hyperkalemia, has a short marketing time, and the extent to which it has been proven effective and safe has yet to be widely confirmed. This article aims to summarize the research on the application of sodium zirconium cyclosilicate in hemodialysis patients with hyperkalemia, in order to provide reference for followup research.
