摘要: 目的:建立利用电子天平密度组件测定药包材密度的不确定度评定方法。方法:依据《中国药典》2020年版四部通则 4012 药包材密度测定法,使用天平密度组件进行试验,对加空气密度补偿和不加空气密度补偿的2种药包材密度测量值可能的不确定度来源进行分析,建立了2种药包材密度测量值的不确定度评定方法。结果:不加空气密度补偿的药包材密度测定结果为(0.963 1±0.001 2)g·cm-3;k=2;加空气密度补偿的药包材密度测定结果为(0.962 9±0.001 2) g·cm-3;k=2。结论:浸渍液密度和测量重复性是药包材密度测定结果不确定度的主要来源。本评定方法合理准确,可为实验室药包材密度测定不确定度评定提供参考。

Abstract: Objective: To establish evaluation methodofuncertainty for density determination of drug packaging materials with density measuring unit on balance.Methods:According to General Rule 4012 Determinationofdensity, Part IV, Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020, determined with the density measuring unit on balance. The possible sources of uncertainty in the measurement results both with and without air density compensation were analyzed, and the evaluation methods of uncertainty of the two measurement results were established. Results:Measurement result without air density compensation is (0.963 1±0.001 2)g·cm-3, k=2. And measurement result with air density compensation is (0.962 9±0.001 2)g·cm-3, k=2. Conclusion:The impregnant density and measurement repeatability are the main sources of uncertainty in the density determination of drug packaging materials. This evaluation method is reasonable and accurate, and can provide reference for the uncertainty evaluation of the density determination of drug packaging materials in the laboratory.
