基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的中药卷柏研究动态及前沿可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Selaginella Herba Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

摘要: 目的:分析中药卷柏(Selaginella Herba)的国内外研究现状和发展趋势。方法:采用检索词“卷柏”和“垫状卷柏” “Selaginella Herba”“Selaginella tamariscina”和“Selaginella pulvinata”在中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库核心集进行文献检索。基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件,对卷柏中英文文献的发文量、作者、发文机构、发文被引频次等进行分析。结果:纳入260篇文献,包括70篇中文文献和190篇英文文献。截至2023年12月29日,在CNKI数据库中卷柏的发文量高峰集中在2006—2011年,而在WOS数据库的高峰期集中在2017—2021年,主要的文献来源涵盖了14个国家,其中以中国、韩国等为多。此外,在中文文献研究方向从成分初步研究和实验设计阶段,逐渐演变为代谢组学等方面的深入研究,而英文文献的研究方向则从其成分的生物活性逐渐转向对药理作用和分子作用机制。结论:将中、英文文献知识图谱可视化分析可更全面地了解卷柏热点研究进展,且其现有研究正由单一学科向多学科融合的方向发展。未来,可着重关注卷柏成分鉴定与结构优化、药理学应用、代谢组学和多学科交叉研究等方面的研究,为其进一步开发与应用提供理论基础。

Abstract: Objective: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state and development trends of research on the traditional Chinese medicine Selaginella Herba both domestically and internationally. Methods: Employ the search terms, as well as “Selaginella Herba”, “Selaginella tamariscina”, and “Selaginella pulvinata” in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS) core databases for literature retrieval. Utilize Endnote software for systematic screening, deduplication, and format conversion. Employ VOSviewer, CiteSpace, Origin, and Excel software for visual statistical analysis of Selaginella Herba literature in both Chinese and English. Results: A total of 235 articles were included, comprising 70 Chinese and 190 English publications. The peak publication period for Selaginella Herba in the CNKI database was concentrated between 2006 and 2011, while in the WOS database, the peak occurred from 2017 to 2021. The literature originated from 14 countries, with China and South Korea being major contributors. The analysis of journals and citation frequency of literature found that there were 44 journals with ≥2 articles in Chinese literature and 14 journals with ≥3 articles in English literature. Keyword analysis revealed that the research direction in Chinese literature has gone through the initial stage of component determination and design, and gradually evolved into in-depth research on bone metabolism, metabolomics and other aspects, while the research direction in English literature has gradually shifted from basic keywords to in-depth research on specific components and their bioactivities, including cell growth, mechanisms, antioxidant activities and many other aspects. Conclusion: Existing research on Selaginella Herba is developing from a single discipline to a multidisciplinary fusion direction. In the future, in-depth research can focus on the identification and structure optimisation of the components, pharmacological applications, metabolomics and multidisciplinary cross-studies, etc., to provide a basis for its further development and application.
