摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：系统评价疏肝法联合激素替代疗法（HRT）治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法：电子检索2010~2015年有关疏肝法联合HRT对比HRT治疗围绝经期综合征的随机对照试验（RCT）研究，试验组与对照组分别以疏肝法联合HRT与HRT作为治疗方案，采用Review Manager 5.2软件进行统计学处理。结果：最终纳入18个RCTs，共计2050例患者。Meta分析发现，试验组相比于对照组具有更高的临床有效率；在激素水平改善方面，试验组的雌二醇（E2）水平显著高于对照组，且黄体生成激素（LH）水平、促卵泡生成激素（FSH）水平显著低于对照组；在Kupperman量表评测方面，试验组对于围绝经期各症状的缓解程度显著优于对照组；此外，试验组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组。结论：疏肝法联合激素替代疗法治疗围绝经期综合征在临床疗效和安全性方面具有显著优势，但受限于纳入研究的质量和数量等因素，还需更多大样本、高质量的大型临床RCT试验提供循证医学方面的支持。

Abstract: Objective： To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional liver-smoothing therapy（LST）in combination with hormone replacement therapy(HRT)in treating perimenopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods：CNKI， WanFang， VIP， The Cochrane Library，OVID，CBM and PubMed databases between 2010 and 2015 were searched through computer to collect all RCTs on the comparison of LST in combination with HRT and HRT in treating MPS.The comparison of LST in combination with HRT and HRT were used in experiment group and control group， respectively. The Meta-analysis was operated by using Review Manager 5.2 software.Results：A total of 18 RCTs involving 2050 patients were included.The result of Meta-analysis indicated that the experiment group was superior to the control group in terms of clinical effectiveness.With respect to the hormone， compared with the control group， the experiment group showed a higher level of E2 and lower levels of LH and FSH. With respect to the Kupperman score of each symbol， the experiment group showed a better effect than the control group in relieving most of the symbols.Moreover， the experiment group was significantly reduced the adverse effect rate.Conclusion：The Meta-analysis suggests that LST in combination with HRT have evident clinic efficacy in the treatment of MPS，with less adverse effect.However，considering the limits of the quality and quantity of current studies，the above results need further support of evidence-based medicine provided by more large-sample-size well-designed trials．
