摘要: 目的:建立复方水杨酸苯甲酸搽剂中水杨酸和苯甲酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),色谱柱为Agilent SB-C18;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(45∶55);柱温为30℃;流速为1.0mL·min-1;选择紫外检测器,检测波长为230nm。结果:水杨酸在0.15 μg~1.5 μg、苯甲酸在0.3 μg~3.0 μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,各成分加样回收率均符合要求。结论:该方法简便快捷、准确、重复性好、灵敏度高,可用于建立复方水杨酸苯甲酸搽剂的定量质量标准。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Compound Salicylic Acid and Benzoic Acid Liniment.Methods: Using HPLC, column: Agilent SB-C18; mobile phase: methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (45:55); column temperature: 30 ℃; flow rate: 1 mL?min-1; detector: UV; detection wavelength: 230 nm.Result: The linear range of the peak area of salicylic acid at 0.15 μg to 1.5 μg and benzoic acid at 0.3 μg to 3.0μg is linear, and the recovery rate of each component is in line with the requirement. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, accurate, reproducible and sensitive. It can be used for the quantitative quality standard of Compound Salicylic Acid and Benzoic Acid Liniment.
