Abstract: Objective： To explore the evolution of pharmaceutical administration policy in medical institutions， and to understand the development of pharmaceutical administration in medical institutions， the focus and the change of mode. Methods： To retrieve the research reports on Pharmaceutical Administration of medical institutions in recent years and to read and understand the policies of Pharmaceutical Administration of medical institutions， and to summarize and sort out the relevant policies of Pharmaceutical Administration of medical institutions issued by the state from 2002 to 2018. Results： From the aspects of pharmacy administration， prescription administration， drug administration， special population management and Drug Administration in recent three years， 45 policies have been sorted out. Conclusion： Pharmaceutical administration in medical institutions covers many aspects. Its focus is on patient-centered， clinical pharmacy-based， and strengthening the management of rational drug use in medical institutions. Among them， the most stringent requirements are for the management of drugs requiring key management and special management drugs， and constantly put forward requirements， changing from “drug guarantee supply” to “clinical pharmaceutical service” mode.
