微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定壮腰健身丸中的重金属及有害元素

Determination of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills by Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 目的:建立测定壮腰健身丸中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)和铜(Cu)5种重金属及有害元素含量的方法。方法:样品加入硝酸经微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法以72Ge、115In、209Bi为内标元素测定该5种金属元素。结果:测定的5种重金属元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999;6批次样品5种重金属元素含量均在安全范围内。结论:该方法线性回归良好、灵敏度高、准确性好,适用于壮腰健身丸中重金属及有害元素的检测分析。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the contents determination of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements about Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Cu in Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills. Methods: After digested by microwave digestion, the 5 metal elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with 72Ge、115In、209Bi as internal standard elements. Results: The correlation coefficients of the 5 heavy metal element calibration curves were all greater than 0.999; the contents of the 5 heavy metal elements in the 6 batches of samples were all within the safe range. Conclusion: The method has good linear regression, high sensitivity, and good accuracy, and is suitable for the detection and analysis of heavy metals and harmful elements in Zhuangyao Jianshen Pills.
