摘要: 目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定柴胡疏肝丸中芍药苷的含量,为柴胡疏肝丸的质量研究提供数据依据。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(14∶86);柱温:35 ℃;流速:0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长:230 nm。结果:芍药苷在35.63~712.59 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率99.36%,RSD 0.70%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于柴胡疏肝丸的质量控制。

Abstract: Objective: To develop HPLC Method for the quantification of paeoniflorin in Chaihushugan Pill,in order to provide the basis for Chaihushugan pill quality research. Methods: Separation was carried out using diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.2% glacical acetic acid (14∶86, v/v).The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm. Results: The linear concentration range of paeoniflorin was 35.63-712.59 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.36% (RSD=0.70%, n=6). Conclusion: The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate for determination of paeoniflorin in Chaihushugan pill.
