摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前，大量中医药临床研究使用复合结局指标“总有效率”评价疗效，该指标的出处是国家药品监督管理局编制出版的《中药新药临床研究指导原则》。然而，该原则主要按照中药新药研发模式制定，应用在中医药临床疗效评价中，不能灵活、全面、客观地反映干预效应。本文针对“总有效率”这一复合结局指标，举例说明其在中医药疗效评价研究中的应用现状及局限性；结合中医药临床研究特点，从循证医学角度提出“总有效率”结局的报告规范，并为未来中医药临床试验结局指标的设置、测量和报告提供参考。

Abstract: Currently， total effective rate， a composite outcome indicator， has been widely used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in many clinical trials and it was firstly proposed in "Gruiding Principles of Clinical Study on New Drug of Traditional Chinese Medicine". However， the principle fails to evaluate TCM effects flexibly， comprehensively and objectively， since it is mainly formulated in accordance with the research and development model of new Chinese medicines. In this study， we take the total effective rate as an entry point to illustrate the current status and limitations of its application in TCM research. We further provide advice and norms for the report of the total effective rate in clinical trials from the perspective of evidence-based medicine combined with TCM. Further providing a reference for the setting， measurements and reporting of outcomes in TCM clinical research.
