鱼腥草破壁饮片质量评价研究

摘要: 目的:通过对比鱼腥草饮片、鱼腥草喷干粉、鱼腥草破壁饮片中甲基正壬酮、槲皮素含量,结合红外图谱的研究,对鱼腥草破壁饮片进行质量评价。方法:应用红外光谱仪对鱼腥草标准药材、鱼腥草喷干粉、鱼腥草破壁饮片进行红外光谱扫描及特征峰相似度分析。利用GC-MS和HPLC法对鱼腥草主成分中甲基正壬酮和槲皮素含量进行定量检测。结果: 不同批次鱼腥草破壁饮片与鱼腥草饮片的相似度≥97%,但鱼腥草破壁饮片与鱼腥草水煎剂的相似度仅为80%左右。鱼腥草饮片及破壁饮片中均检测到甲基正壬酮,但鱼腥草破壁饮片中甲基正壬酮含量低于鱼腥草饮片。鱼腥草喷干粉中未检测到甲基正壬酮,但含有较高比例槲皮素。5个批次鱼腥草破壁饮片均检测到槲皮素。结论: 鱼腥草破壁饮片基本实现了鱼腥草饮片的成分转移,以槲皮素为代表的黄酮类成分较之挥发性成分含量保留更为稳定。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the quality of Houttuynia cordata, by comparing the contents of methyl-nononone and quercetin in Houttuynia cordata decoction pieces, spray dried powder and Houttuynia cordata, combined with infrared spectra. Methods: Infrared spectroscopy was used to scan the standard medicinal materials of Houttuynia cordata, spray dried powder of Houttuynia cordata, and broken pieces of Houttuynia cordata, and analyze the similarity of characteristic peaks. The content of methyl-nononone and quercetin in the main components of Houttuynia cordata were quantitatively detected by GC-MS and HPLC. Results: The similarity between different batches of Houttuynia cordata and Houttuynia cordata decoction was ≥97%, but the similarity between Houttuynia cordata and Houttuynia cordata decoction was only about 80%. Methyl n-nonanone was detected in Houttuynia cordata decoction pieces and broken decoction pieces, but the content of methyl n-nonanone in Houttuynia cordata decoction pieces was lower than that in traditional Houttuynia cordata decoction pieces. No methyl-nononone was detected in the dried houttuynia cordata powder, but it contained a higher proportion of quercetin. Quercetin was detected in 5 batches of Houttuynia cordata broken wall pieces. Conclusion: Houttuynia cordata broken wall decoction pieces have basically realized the component transfer of Houttuynia cordata decoction pieces. The content of flavonoids represented by quercetin is more stable than volatile components.
