Investigation and Analysis of Patients′ Satisfaction with the Implementation of Essential Drug System in Primary Medical Institutions in Kunming

摘要: 目的: 以昆明市基层医疗机构患者为研究对象,了解其对基本药物制度、医疗机构服务的满意度情况,并探讨影响满意度的相关因素。方法: 对2019年8月在昆明市区(县)随机抽取的基层医疗机构就诊患者进行问卷调查。结果: 患者对基本药物制度满意度为2.65±0.399分,基本药物制度的满意率为88.3%;对医疗机构服务满意度为4.14±0.613分。患者对基本药物制度的满意度和对医疗机构的满意度有一定相关性。工作状况、户籍、是否知晓基本药物制度等对基本药物制度满意度的影响有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:患者对基本药物制度和医疗服务基本满意,但满意度仍有待进一步提高。

Abstract: Objective: Taking the patients in primary medical institutions of Kunming city as the research object, this paper aims to understand their satisfaction with the basic medicine system and the service of medical institutions, and explore the relevant factors affecting their satisfaction. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among patients randomly selected from primary medical institutions in each district (county) of Kunming City in August 2019. Results: A total of 895 valid questionnaires were collected. The overall satisfaction rate of patients to the essential drug system was 88.3%, the overall satisfaction score was 2.65±0.399 points. And the difference in satisfaction with the essential drug system was statistically significant (P<0.05) registered with working conditions, registered residence, and whether the essential drug system was known. As for the service of medical institutions, the score of comprehensive satisfaction was 4.14±0.613. There is a certain correlation between patients′ satisfaction with essential drug system and that of medical institutions. Conclusion: The patient′s satisfaction with the basic medicine system and medical service capacity needs to be improved.
