生脉饮(人参方)中重金属及有害元素的 含量测定与风险评估

Determination and Risk Assessment of Heavy Metals and Harmful Elements in Shengmaiyin Solution

摘要: 目的:建立生脉饮(人参方)中铅(Pb)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)5种重金属及有害元素的含量测定方法。方法: 样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)以锗(72Ge)、铟(115In)、铋(209Bi)混合溶液作为内标测定5种金属元素的含量。结果: 铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种待测元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.995 0),回收率在91.2%~109.2%(RSD≤5.7%),方法检测限在0.002 4~0.026 mg·kg-1。15批样品均不同程度检出了铅、砷、汞、镉、铜,均在安全限度之内。结论:该方法准确,可对具体含量限值进行讨论计算,可对产品质量安全进行初步评估。

Abstract: Objective:To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of 5 kinds of heavy metalsand harmful elementsincluding copper,arsenic,cadmium,mercury and lead in shengmaiyin.Methods:The samples digested by icrowave and and then microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was used to determinethe mass concentration of 5 metal elements. 72Ge, 115In, 209Bi were used as internal standards.Results:The 5 kinds ofheavy metalsand harmful elementsshowed good linearity within the selected concentration ranges ( r≥0.995 0) with the average recovery from 91.2% to 109.2%,while their RSD were below or equal to 5.7%.The detection limits of the method were range from 0.002 4~0.026 mg·kg-1.15 batches of samplescontained different levels of Pb、As、Hg、Cd and Cu,but no significant change.Conclusion:The method is accurate, and it can discuss and calculate the specific content limit, and can make a preliminary assessment of product quality and safety.
