摘要: 目的优选防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。方法以总生物碱的含量和浸膏的率为考察指标,采用正交试验,考察提取溶媒的浓度、提取时间、提取次数和提取溶媒的用量对提取的影响,确定了防己中粉防己碱和防己诺林碱的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件是:以6倍量60%乙醇提取3次,每次1小时。结论优选得到的提取工艺得率高,操作简便易行。

Abstract: Objective to optimize the extraction process of Fangchinoline and Tetrandrine in Stephania Tetrandra S.Moore by orthogonal design.Methods The optimal extraction conditions,such as the concentration of extraction solvent,extraction time,extraction times and amount of solvent to material were investigated by orthogonal design;the content of the total alkaloids and Extract yield were the inspection index.Results The optimal conditions for the extraction process were as follows:took 60% alcohol as dissolving medium,extract 3 times,1 h/time.Conclusion The extraction technology developed after optimization was of a high efficiency and easier to operate.
