抗肿瘤药物临床使用情况分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：调查医院抗肿瘤药的使用情况，分析其用药趋势，以促进药物的合理应用。方法：运用Excel统计分析某院2016—2018年抗肿瘤药物的品种、用药频度（DDDs）、使用金额、日均费用（DDC）和年均复合增长率（CAGR）等。结果：2016—2018年该院抗肿瘤药的品种分别为36、37和39种，用药金额逐年递增，激素类抗肿瘤药和其他类抗肿瘤药物用药金额连续3年排前3名，烷化剂类最少；来曲唑片用药金额3年来均排第一位，DDDs居于前10位的15种药物大多为抗肿瘤激素类，连续3年排前10名的有5种，DDC值变化稳中有降。结论：医院抗肿瘤药物用药情况与目前我国肿瘤发病率及治疗趋势基本一致。临床用药时应同时关注药物疗效与成本，提高合理用药水平。

Abstract: Objective：Investigation on the use of anti-tumor drugs in a hospital from 2016 to 2018， analyse the medication trend and improve the reasonable application of drugs. Methods：To analyse the varieties，frequency (DDDs)， amount， daily cost (DDC) and annual compound growth rate (CAGR) of anti-tumor drugs used in 2016-2018 retrospectively by Excel. Results：From 2016 to 2018， the categories of anti-tumor drugs were 36， 37 and 39，respectively，and the sum of medicine increased year after year. The amount of hormone antitumor drugs and other antitumor drugs ranked top 3 for three consecutive years， and the alkylating agents were the least. The drug amount of letrozole tablets ranked first for three consecutive years， and most of the 15 drugs in the top 10 DDDs were anti-tumor hormones. There are five drugs in the top 10 for 3 years in a row， and the DDC was stable and decreased. Conclusion：The usage of antineoplastic in hospital is basically in line with the current incidence and treatment trend of cancer in China. It is supposed that focus on the curative effect and cost of drugs in clinical use， and enhance the reasonable medication level.
