油菜花粉药材中5种有害重金属残留量的测定

Determination of Heavy Metal Residues in Pollen Brassicae Cammestris

摘要: 目的:建立油菜花粉药材中铅、镉、砷、汞铜5种有害金属元素的测定方法。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法,测定10批油菜花粉药材中的铅、镉、铜的含量,采用氢化物法测定砷的含量,采用冷蒸汽吸收法测定汞的含量,并对检测方法进行方法学考察。结果:通过对10批油菜花粉中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种重金属元素检测,结果准确有效,并且均未超出限度。各元素的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.995,铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的平均加样回收率依次为91%、82%、86%、109%和80%。结论:本研究建立的方法简单,精确,重复性好,可用于油菜花粉药材重金属及有害元素含量的测定,为油菜花粉药材质量控制方法研究提供依据。

Abstract: Objecetive:To establish methods for determination of heavy metals including plumbum, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and cuprum in Pollen Brassicae Cammestris. Methods:Determinatin of plumbum, cadmium, and cuprum was conductedby atomic absorption spectrometry, Determination of arsenicwas conducted by hydride generation system. Determination of mercury was conducted by Cold vapor absorption. And the methods were validated. Results:The results were reasonable and effective through the detection and methodological study of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu. The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995. The average recoveries were 91%, 82%, 86%, 109%, 80%. Conclusion:The methods in the research are simple, accuracy, reproducible and can be used for the determination of the five heavy metals in Pollen Brassicae Cammestris, and provide more comprehensive quality control methods for Pollen Brassicae Cammestris.
