花生衣药材中5种有害重金属元素残留量的测定

摘要: 目的:建立花生衣药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种有害金属元素的测定方法。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定花生衣中的铅、镉、铜,采用氢化物法测定砷,采用冷蒸气吸收法测定汞,并对检测方法进行了方法学考察。结果:通过对铅、镉、砷、汞、铜5种重金属元素检测及方法学考察,结果合理有效,标准曲线的线性相关系数均>0.995,平均加样回收率分别为84%、92%、82%、88%和81%。24批样品5种重金属元素含量范围分别为0.00~1.23、0.00~0.07,0.06~0.18、0.00~0.08、0.00~16.3 mg·kg-1。结论:本研究中所用的方法简单,准确,重复性好,可用于花生衣中5种重金属有害元素的含量测定,为花生衣药材质量标准的建立提供更为全面的质控方法。

Abstract: Objecetive:To establish methods for determination of heavy metals including plumbum, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and cuprum in Testa arachis. Methods:Determinatin of plumbum, cadmium, and cuprum was conductedby atomic absorption spectrometry, Determination of arsenic was conducted by hydride generation system. Determination of mercury was conducted by Cold vapor absorption. And the methods were validated. Results:The results were reasonable and effective through the detection and methodological study of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu. The linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.995. The average recoveries were 84%、92%、82%、88%、81%.The heavy metal residues of 24 batches of sampleswere 0.00-1.23、0.00-0.07, 0.00-0.18, 0.00-0.08, 0.00-16.3 mg·kg-1, respectively. Conclusion:These methods in the research are simple, accuracy, reproducible and can be used to determine the five heavy metals in Testa arachis, and to provide more comprehensive quality control methods.
