GC-FPD法测定蛴螬中5种有机磷的含量

Determination of five organophosphates in Holotrichia diomphalia larvae by GC-FPD

摘要: 目的:建立气相色谱法测定蛴螬中5种有机磷农药的含量。方法: 采用火焰光度-气相色谱法,测定蛴螬中敌敌畏、乐果、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、对硫磷的残留量。结果:敌敌畏、乐果、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷、对硫磷的线性范围均在0.1~10 μg·mL-1的范围内,线性关系良好(r≥0.995 9);敌敌畏平均回收率92.0%,RSD为3.1%;乐果平均回收率90.4%,RSD为3.0%;甲基对硫磷平均回收率90.3,RSD为2.9%;马拉硫磷平均回收率91.2%,RSD为2.8%;对硫磷平均回收率91.2%,RSD为2.9%。结论:建立的方法简单、准确、重现性好,可为蛴螬中5种有机磷的残留量测定提供依据。

Abstract: Objective:To establish gas chromatography method for determination of five organophosphates in Holotrichia diomphalia larvae. Methods: the content of dichlorvos Rogor methyl parathion malathion and parathion in Holotrichia diomphalia larvae by GC-FPD.Results: The linear range of five organophosphates were 0.1~10 μg·mL-1. The average recovery rate of Dichlorvos was 92.0%, RSD 3.1%, Le Guo 90.4%, RSD 3.0%, Methyl parathion 90.3, RSD 2.9%, Malathion 91.2%, RSD 2.8%, Parathion 91.2%, and RSD 2.9%. Conclusion: The method of GC-FPD is simple, accurate and reproducible,and it can be used to reference for the determination of five organophosphates content in the control Holotrichia diomphalia larvae.
